To restore the liner to its flat, custom-fit form:
Leave it in the sun: The easiest method is to lay the mat flat in a sunny spot for a few hours. The warmth from the sun will soften the material, allowing the creases to relax and the mat to regain its intended shape.
Use a hairdryer or heat gun: For faster results or on a non-sunny day, you can gently warm the affected areas with a hairdryer or a heat gun on a low setting.
Give it time in the car: Often, simply placing the liner in your car and letting it settle over a day or two in ambient temperature will cause the fold lines to disappear on their own.
